I just couldn’t imagine.

I used to watch The Hills religiously until I got bored of logging into MTV.com and finding the next episode. Which reminds me, I need to watch Desperate Housewives online tonight before the new one on Sunday. Some shows, I make exceptions for.

I never knew if it was scripted, or reality. I was always on the fence on that one but more leaning towards scripted. It couldn’t be real. Sure their jobs seemed normal and yes LC was probably going to fashion school. But I’m sure most, if not all, were definitely scripted.

Believe it or not, Heidi and Audrina were my favorite characters on the show. I had no idea that Heidi was getting all the Beverly Hills plastic surgery done on her until I saw some intense before/after photos posted online.

Heidi-Montags-Face-Before-and-After-SurgeryThis is the photo that definitely caught me off guard. All the other one’s posted online just looked like she was growing up, and perhaps I was being naive about it. Plus, got some new boobs, but that’s a different story. She’s living in Hollywood! I’d love some bigger boobies than what I have now too from a fancy Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon like hers, but I personally would never go under any knife for them. Maybe I’ll get some if I ever get pregnant. Heh.

Can you believe that Heidi; this beautiful person still wants to do more surgeries on her body and face? She’s absolutely not finished. To me, she doesn’t look like she’s in her twenties anymore. Nothing was wrong with her before the surgeries, at all. She was a beautiful woman before – but after – she even told us that she FEELS plastic.

I’m sure a lot of plastic surgeries are very well done, and I mean – if I hadn’t of seen her before pictures I probably would think she’s gorgeous too. She just looks like a different person is all.

It’s strange that she did so many surgeries in her twenties when she didn’t have any sagging skin or wrinkles. Most of the Hollywood actors/actresses wait until they see signs of aging, don’t they? I heard that she had so many procedures done on her little body: beverly hills liposuction on her jaw, nose job, ears pinned back, boobies even MORE bigger, lip injections. INTENSE. At one point she told the camera crew she felt like Michael Jackson.

Do you think you could ever go under the knife and have plastic surgery done on your body? I’m not talking specifically changing everything on your body. But slimming your nose down, or getting a mole removed (which I know is totally minor!!) but still. Would you ever do something like that? What if it were free? Plastic surgery has come a long way, especially in Beverly Hills. It’s so advanced.

Sickly sweet

IMG002991I think Easter is definitely my favorite time of year for … candy. Ugh, unfortuantely I have the worst sweet tooth ever and there’s no getting rid of it. :(

Halloween is okay but we never get Marshmallow PEEPS (only in yellow because those are the best) Cadbury Mini Eggs, or Cadbury Cream Eggs. Those are just too good to pass up and we only get to buy them once a year, you know? Do you have any favorite candy that you’re lucky enough to buy year round, or do you have to wait until Easter like myself? :)  Maybe the candy is the culprit for those dark circles around eyes?

Menu plan…tuesday?

I didn’t exactly stick to the previous weekly menu plan so I’m kind of copying my menu somewhat. I initially had all this planned out yesterday but I didn’t want to bombard you all with 3 posts in a measly few hours!

SO! I’m doing the weekly menu plan once again. Mmmm, belly is rumblin’ just thinking of all these great eats. You can click the [ x ]’s for recipes!

Monday: Butter chicken with basmati rice (ate this last night obvs. SO good. So flavorful as I made it during lunch time and put it in the fridge / reheated it and GOBBLE GOBBLE it went in our tummies).
Tuesday: Pork chops (they were on sale, hooyea) with mashed potatoes (everyone’s fav!) with some carrots and broccoli?
Wednesday: Chicken panini’s because I’ve been thinking of it ever since I made it on Sunday! [ x ]
Thursday: Asparagus wrapped in chicken [ x ]
Friday: Chicken wraps, Chicken quesadillas [ x ]or Chicken enchiladas [ x ]. Not sure yet! What do you think?
Saturday: Lost for ideas… maybe I’ll crave something and make it.
Sunday: Rich and creamy white chicken spaghetti [ x ]

Not hard to tell we like to eat chicken in this house, is it? We used to eat salmon like once a week as my BF’s swim coach sells it at the local market, but we haven’t dropped by in AGES. Salmon is the fountain of youth / youthology, you know. I miss it. I think that’d be a great supper idea for Saturday night. Mmm.
