Restaurant Quality Panini’s

panini

INGREDIENTS

4 panini style buns
2 Chicken Breasts (Boneless/Skinless cooked and cut into strips)
8 slices of tomatoes (2 pieces for each panini)
Shreds of lettuce (I used iceberg)
4/5′s of Mayonnaise
1/5 Honey dijonĀ  mustard
2 sprinkles of Italian seasoning (literally a “shake shake”)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat grill to sandwich mode (low heat if you’re not using a panini press and just a George Foreman grill or the like
  2. Apply the panini sauce (mayo, mustard, Italian seasoning) to both insides of the bread
  3. Layer chicken, lettuce and tomato
  4. Put in panini press until crispy to your liking!
  5. Serve and enjoy!
Prep time: 15 minutes | Serves 2 | Cook time: 5 minutes | READY IN 20 MINUTES!
