
INGREDIENTS
4 panini style buns
2 Chicken Breasts (Boneless/Skinless cooked and cut into strips)
8 slices of tomatoes (2 pieces for each panini)
Shreds of lettuce (I used iceberg)
4/5′s of Mayonnaise
1/5 Honey dijonĀ mustard
2 sprinkles of Italian seasoning (literally a “shake shake”)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat grill to sandwich mode (low heat if you’re not using a panini press and just a George Foreman grill or the like
- Apply the panini sauce (mayo, mustard, Italian seasoning) to both insides of the bread
- Layer chicken, lettuce and tomato
- Put in panini press until crispy to your liking!
- Serve and enjoy!
