Awkward Family Photos: The Kuepfer Edition This post is so freaking hilarious! I laughed so hard when I read Jessica’s caption of her boyfriend’s pedophile gaze into her eyes, then loved the next shot of them laughing super hard… and the one after that. Where they’re both laughing and the fam is totally unaware, haha. Great amazing memories, and hopefully some Christmas card shots while they were at it too.

This week flew by! Did it for anyone else? I think it was the anticipation leading up to Halloween and I knew I was going to dress up and have some fun at work. Did you see that post yesterday? I dressed up as a nerd, naturally.

Carol made home-made Gnocchi and it looks so easy! I had planned on making it for dinner this week, but I didn’t. I will soon, and report back!

Check out my fellow FitFluential Ambassador, and also from Atlantic Canada buddy… Scott!  This week he  opened a freaking gym, and did his very first photoshoot. So… so very incredible. Photos looked awesome. Well done fella. I’m proud!

Kalli (on the right) dressed up for a Halloween 5k run and placed quite well. Congrats!

Halloween was on Wednesday and Jessica from Beautezine posted an incredibly horrific, but incredible photo. Girl’s got some skills!

Jess posted a delicious looking Sweet Curry Chicken Salad recipe. I love any recipe that incorporates apples. Scrumptious.

Ah! It’s finally here. The weekend! Monday’s OOTD is missing from the outfit’s of the work week post. It wasn’t anything to write home about. I had just gotten off the air plane that day, and went straight to work. Was definitely not in anything fashionable, haha.

I’m headed off to SCCTO tomorrow which I blogged about last month. I’m so excited! It’s a blogging convention just like BlogHer that I went to last summer.

It’s the third episode, of #TripleFFriday on my blog! I skipped last week, since I was away in Newfoundland for the Canadian Thanksgiving. Let’s get to it!

As always, I love starting out with my friend Meg. I got the idea for Triple F Friday, from her popular posts about High 5 Friday’s! Earlier this week, Meg talks about The Power of Positive Thought and Talk.
