What do you want to know about CrossFit?

That’s it. I’m going to write a blog entry about CrossFit. I am still a beginner and learning new things each and every time I go to CrossFit, but I thought I could help those who have been interested in my weekly updates.

Give me a few weeks/month-ish to write it all. I don’t want to miss anything.

Leave anything you wish to ask me about anything regarding CrossFit. Anything you’ve always wanted to know? Any specific questions? Leave them and I’ll do my best to answer them.

  1. I know nothing about cross fit, how often do you go,is it group led,or are you shown the movesandthen you do them at your pace? Is it a man cave? All the pics look really male dominated?

  2. Have you had any issues with injuries or overtraining? A very good friend of ours had to take a couple of weeks off (on a few occasions) because of either of these two reasons?
