Chicken Penne alla Vodka

2½ tbsp Margarine
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves—minced
2 Chicken breasts (
Boneless/Skinless) cut into strips/pieces
¾ cup of whipping cream
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 cup Plain Tomato Sauce

  1. Heat butter and oil in skillet
  2. Boil a large pot of water
  3. Sautè garlic and butter mixture
  4. Stir in chicken, stirring occasionally until sauce and chicken are brown
  5. Drop in the tomato sauce, and all seasonings, by this time your pot of water should be boiling and add as much pasta as you’d like
  6. Stir in the whipping cream (in skillet)
  7. Let it simmer. Serve over penne pasta
