I have so much motivation lately. I think being out on my own has had a positive affect on me. I’ve been cooking so much, and been in the mood to get back into painting (after taking a year and a half break!). A few nights ago I made two suppers and froze both of them, then made a third dinner & ate it. Kraft has me hooked on easy recipes for sure.

My cousin flew to NL a little over a week ago, for a couple of days & he stayed with my parents…and my Mom decided to pack up my PC!! My cousin lives three hours away in Collingwood, and when he flew back he drove 3hrs just to drop it off to me! I invited him and his two little girls in, and we talked for a while. Mainly I played with his kids while Coleen (my Mom’s cousin – who I stayed with before I got my apartment) talked with him hehehe. But yisssss I got my ice skates sent up and now I have my PC! Score. I think Scott and I will go skating this weekend – if I don’t go to Toronto to meet up with my friend. I feel like going on the liquor this weekend. Haven’t had a good party since I left Newfoundland sure.

I love not having anything to do. Usually I get home semi-late from the gym and it takes forever by bus, make supper, do laundry, clean up my room a bit, lay out my clothes for the next day. But everything is done now – and it’s only 6:30! I’m going to relax, make a bit of popcorn and watch the tube.

I’m so interesting lately, ya know ya know.

Too bad I can’t vent on here about a co-worker making me angry. Work is isolating me out & that’s as far as I can elaborate on it. Sigh

This weekend my boyfriend is going to British Columbia for the weekend & I get to look after his cute hedgehog (that I named Boris, by the way). I’m afraid of the little guy biting me, so I haven’t let him get close to me or anything yet. Maybe this weekend we’ll …. “bond”. Speaking of Bond – my work is renting out a theatre here, for the staff & significant others + 8 more people to bring (10 tickets per person!!) to see Casino Royale on November 18th, the day after the movie premire’s – for FREE, with freeeee refreshments. Nice deal hey? I invited my boyfriend Scott & two of our friends to join us. I’m pretty excited to see it..

I want to see Borat! We went to try and get tickets on opening night, but of course, it was sold out – all three showings! Nuts I tell you. Scott’s friends are seeing it tonight, but I can’t make it out there tonight, so Scott will wait for me – aww!

So, I bought my first load of groceries. Hopefully it’ll last me a while because… I can’t justify spending over $150 a month on food, and I’m almost there already…but I didn’t spend that much this time of course. But this pile better last!! I’m going to be a stindge.

Anyhoo…I’m gonna watch HOUSE with the roomie. BYEE

So! I am all moved in and unpacked. Slept in my brand new double bed for the first time last night, and had the best sleep ever. Headed over to Home Outfitters on Saturday (Grand Opening Day!) and bought two sets of sheets, 1 regular summer set, and 1 set of flannel…mmm cozy for those cold winter nights. It’s kind of weird living with someone you don’t know – but the girl is really friendly, and giving. She had some extra furniture & loaned it to me for the meanwhile. We watched Desperate Housewives together last night. Soo glad she likes that show too. I missed last weeks, so she informed me on what happened last week.

Anyway, just writing a little note to let people who read my site know whats going on lately. I’m off to relax for the rest of the night!
