Ahhhh, the beginning of a long weekend.

Goooooood Saturday afternoon to you all! I am always so exhausted feeling when I head over to BF’s house on Friday evenings. I took a super long nap (3 hours lol) after supper last night and was in the best mood there after.

sat-breakfastNo plans for the day just yet. I woke up not too long ago and BF is laying in bed with the blackberry, typing away and reading the news I’m sure. I’m making an omelet and hash browns for him, yum!I think we may actually head to the Farmers Market later on if the weather starts agreeing (not very nice outside!).

I have to tell you guys something…

I have a surprise post coming up on how you can get some free mascara from MAC cosmetics. Have you actually ever tried their  skin care products ? Their lotions are pretty pricey but if you’ve got insane dry skin like I do it would probably be a good idea to check it out sometime. So stayed tuned for that post coming up in a little while (sometime in May hehe).

Final answer

I have made my final decision about which car I am going to get. The Mazda 3 is for me! On Monday, I sent an e–mail to the Loan Manager  (aka LM from now on) at work who deals with a lot of car dealerships in the tri–city area (12 to be exact). He’s has contacted a few places that sells Mazda, for them to keep an eye out for me. I have my eye on the Mazda 3 hatchback, but I have also added the sedan (which ever comes first. Though I’ve settled on the hatchback. I wouldn’t mind the sedan either, which is why I added it in there.) Everyone at work is saying to me: “It’s about time!” [you bought a car]. I’ve been taking the bus for three years now and I’m ready for my own car.

I’ll be ready to purchase by June 5. Here are my specs.  Oh, I can be patient:

Mazda 3 Sport (hatchback) OR Mazda 3 Sedan
Model: GS or GT (the GX is the base model which has zero air conditioning. No thanks!)
White Exterior
Black Interior (preferably)
Transmission: Automatic
Low KM’s

Pretty simple, hey? Another plus would if it would have a sunroof. Oh yeeeeh! See me cruisin’ then. *wave*

So LM e-mailed Mazda’s manager and the manager immediately got back to him with some other cars that were not white with black interior (not good enough), but also notified LM that white is a very popular color with the Mazda 3’s. (ye-yuh). Hopefully it won’t be a long wait!
