Week 32 Day 1.
10 Thrusters (75/55) – I used 45lbs
10 Toes to Bar
10 Box Jumps (24/20) – I used 20″
I completed four full rounds with 18 seconds to spare and immediately raced outside to hold my stomach as I thought I was about to hurl. Tough workout in just fifteen minutes. Doesn’t help that the warmup was an 800 meter run, then 30 minutes of crazy weird abdominal exercises.
Week 32 Day 2.
We were supposed to end up lifting til we hit our max which ended up being 125lbs for me. Not too bad! My upper abs killed for the warmup both this day, and the one prior. So I went climbing the rest of the week. ha!
