INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
Left over chicken breasts (1?)

1-2tbsp flour
½ cup green peppers
½ cup mushrooms
½ cup cubed cheese
¼ cup milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop all green peppers, cheese and mushrooms
  2. Break your eggs into a separate bowl and add milk and flour
  3. Whisk until even
  4. Add green peppers, cheese and mushrooms
  5. Pour the mixture into an oven safe dish, and bake in a 350º oven for 1 hour
  6. It’s that easy. Five steps!
