Pancakes

pancakez

INGREDIENTS

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
1tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tsp cooking oil

DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat frying pan to medium high heat and use 2 tsp of cooking oil in pan (so pancakes don’t stick).
  2. In small bowl, combine milk, and egg; beat well.
  3. Add dry ingredients to a big bowl. Combine the wet and dry ingredients; beat well.
  4. For variation you can add blueberries, chocolate chips or leave them plain. I made mine with blueberries!
  5. Drop mixture into heated frying pan and flip once — voila. Easy peasey folks.

I snagged this recipe off Whit, and made homemade pancakes for the first time in my life. LOVE these. They are so tasty. I can’t get over how easy it is to cook pancakes. Why did I not know how to do this sooner?
