Meatless pita pizza

INGREDIENTS

4 flat breads, folded in half
2 parts pasta sauce 1 part tomato paste
broccoli chopped finely
tomatoes chopped
red peppers chopped
½ can of mushrooms
mozzarella
Sprinkle of garlic salt and italian seasoning

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375º – 400ºF
  2. Spread sauce and paste mixture over the folded flat bread and add a dash of garlic salt and italian seasoning
  3. Add mushrooms, topped with broccoli, tomatoes and red peppers
  4. Sprinkle cheese over top
  5. Bake in oven until broccoli and mushrooms are cooked,  about 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. DIG IN!
Prep time: 5 minutes | Serves 2 | Cook time: 20 minutes | READY IN 25 MINUTES!
