Immitation tacos

INGREDIENTS

Lean ground beef (or chicken!)
Iceberg lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped bell peppers
Mozzarellacheese
Salsa
Low fat cream cheese
Tortilla chips (shown below)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Fry up your beef until it is fully cooked. Remove from pan.
  2. Heat up the salsa (about 2 tablespoons) and cream cheese (1 tablespoon) mixture.
  3. Once it’s turned into mush, add back the ground beef and coat it all into the cream cheese/salsa mix.
  4. Assemble like a taco! Layer your lettuce, ground beef, tomatoes, peppers, and cheese. Don’t forget to add some crunch to the mix with the tortillas I’ve shown below!
Prep time: 5 minutes | Serves 2 | Cook time: 20 minutes | READY IN 25 MINUTES!

Don’t forget the chips!
