Honey Mustard Chicken

INGREDIENTS

2 Chicken Breasts (Boneless/Skinless)
¼ cup Italian Dressing
¼ cup Low Fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp dijon mustard

DIRECTIONS
  1. Put a pot of water on the boil for the rice
  2. Start cooking 2 chicken breasts in a pan on medium heat
  3. Mix up cream cheese, italian dressing, honey and dijon mustard in a dish
  4. Once the chicken is no longer pink, pour mixture over chicken. By this time the water for your rice should be boiling
  5. I cook my basmati rice for 11 minutes (still boiling). I measure off ¾ of an average sized mug filled with rice, and it will serve two people
  6. Chop up a few broccoli crowns, put 3–4 tbsp of water in a bowl. Dump in chopped broccoli, cover with saran wrap and nuke it in the microwave for 3 minutes and 20 seconds—voila steamed broccoli
  7. Serve rice, chicken and tasty greens. Spread out sauce mixture over chicken and rice
  8. Lastly, enjoy with a tall glass of milk!
