
INGREDIENTS
2 Chicken Breasts (boneless/skinless), cooked and chopped into bite sized squares
1 plum tomato, chopped
½ Small Bell Pepper, chopped/diced into small pieces
2 large fresh mushrooms without the stems, chopped
Cheese (however much) cubed
Ranch salad dressing
Iceberg Lettuce
DIRECTIONS
- Cook chicken breasts and cube them
- Assemble salad
- Add more chicken or bacon bits on the top of salad. EAT. Easy as one two three!
Feel free to substitute ingredients that you would like better. I bet snap peas or even corn. Try different dressings too!
