Chicken Pad Thai

INGREDIENTS

2 Chicken Breasts (Boneless/Skinless)
½ of  Red Pepper—chopped
½ of a Tomato—chopped
1 pkg of rice noodles (This is the kind I use)
1 pkg of Pad Thai sauce (Simple, isn’t it! This is what the package looks like)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Put a pot of water on the boil
  2. Cook the chicken and cut them into strips
  3. Open up package of pad thai, dump into the skillet
  4. Drop in all of the red peppers and simmer
  5. Boil noodles for 3-4 minutes (they cook very quickly)
  6. Strain noodles, serve on a plate
  7. Scoop up chicken, red peppers and sauce, drizzle over noodles
  8. Top with tomatoes!
Prep time: 10 minutes | Serves 2 | Cook time: 20 minutes | READY IN 30 MINUTES!
