Empty bedroom

My bedroom looks so empty. I’m listening to Proton Radio, and burning a Photo CD for my Mom, full of Graduation and going-away party pictures.

It’s crazy how many people are moving away from Newfoundland. My friend Iain just headed out to BC back in May, and another friend has headed out to BC today actually. I’m just glad that I know a couple of people in Ontario, even though some of them are quite a drive away. Still good to know.

A friend suggested that I put up a new layout on this site, after the move. I’m definitely thinking about it. It just takes so long for me to think of something… nice, and not typical. I’m thinking a white background next time. I’ve got a couple of ideas flowing through my brain. WeeoooWeeOOoOo. Bye for now!

Almost time

Oprah is boring today, so I decided to update my site once again. It seems like I’m forever backing up things from my PC to my laptop. I don’t want to say good-bye to my fast awesome PC!

I need to cancel my cell phone bill soon. I’m with Aliant at the moment, but a girl I know says that if I transfer it to Bell Canada, I can cancel it and forget about the contract. How awesome is that.

Updating this site bores me now. I can’t talk about anything interesting anymore. There’s too many people that know about this site and I wish I never gave the address to them. Good thing there’s LJ. Heehee.

My cousins are having another supper for me tonight. I have to cancel on a friend to go climbing now. Sucks, hopefully I’ll get into the gym now, before I go. OK BYEEE boringg entry as always!

My going away party

Last night I had my going-away party at my parents house. TONS of people showed up, and everyone wanted hugs from me. (haha, I’m not a hugging type of person) There was so much food. We had a bunch of nibbly stuff laid out, all throughout the house. My dog was going ballistic, barking at everyone. She was scared for her life I think. She doesn’t like strangers….other than that it was a super nice time, seeing everyone before I left. I’m excited again. I say again, because the past couple of days before the party / my graduation, I was feeling super sick to my stomach and couldn’t finish my meals.

The cousin who I’m staying with, called me the other night, saying that when she picks me up from the Toronto airport, we’re driving to Montreal for a couple of days. Holy sweet! :) I’ve only driven through Montreal when I was 14, with my friend’s Father. We were going to visit her in Sherbrooke or something. So this is super exciting for me. I can’t wait.

Tonight, I might head over to my Aunt’s house. My cousin Tracy drove in from across the island, with her two kids and is staying for the whole summer here in town. I want to see her too, before I go. She only got in today and we’re having a BBQ or something for her. Free hot dogs!

I’m starving. I also have to get a shower. It’s pretty late.
