Parmesan Garlic Potato Wedges

INGREDIENTS

cup Butter—Melted
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (I actually just use any type of cheese I have in the fridge)
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning (You can use parsley or basil & thyme)
1 Clove garlic
Minced
1 Large baking potato
Wedge it into strips (One potato actually serves 2 people! Yummeh)
Add as much salt and pepper as you want, but it doesn’t make much difference.

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF
  2. Mix the butter, cheese, garlic and seasoning in a large bowl
  3. Coat potatoes with the mix (I usually marinade this in a ziplock bag for an hour or so. Or overnight!)
  4. Lay the potatoes out evenly over wax paper (Do not use tinfoil—It will stick, and it will be the devil gettin’ them off)
  5. Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until tender
Prep time: 10 minutes | Serves 2 | Cook time: 35 minutes | READY IN 45 MINUTES!
