Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1¾ flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
3 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF
  2. Mix butter, brown & white sugar. Beat eggs in one at a time, then stir in vanilla
  3. Combine flour, baking soda and salt
  4. Mix in quick oats and chocolate chips
  5. Refrigerated batter for up to two hours so your cookies won’t spread out on the cookie sheet while cooking
  6. Bake in oven for 20 minutes
  7. Makes 36-48 cookies!
