Cheesecake

I’m not going to re-type the recipe out, as I grabbed it from Kraft Canada’s website. However, I did save the PDF and you can download it here (don’t worry, it’s SO straight forward). If you don’t want your cheesecake light and moist, skip the sour cream all together.

Make sure the bricks of cream cheese are at room temperature to avoid cheesecake cracks.
