Yummers

Supper last night was delish. It was made fairly quickly too. Preparing your meals ahead of time definitely saves me from thinking of what to get out for supper that night, and makes me not be lazy or rip my hair out trying to decide on what to make (don’t worry, I don’t resort to smoking the e cigarette). The red peppers were pre-cut the night before, and the pork chops were thawing in the fridge. I knew I wanted pork stir fry, but I didn’t have some of the ingredients to make it. I started pouring in some sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic and then mostly added teriyaki sauce. It turned out great.

Eating on the balcony is such a relaxing treat at the end of a work day!

On the menu tonight — asparagus wrapped in chicken. :)
