Dishwasher, spare bedroom, washer and dryer ..also a small house (since I live in a giant one with a living room, & dining room that do not get used)
large houses are a pain to clean

after we fund our emergency fund and pay off hubby’s car, we plan on saving for a home as well.

dishwasher is a MUST HAVE. omg, you cannot have one and then move somewhere and NOT have one. that is painful.

Hmmm…must haves….since I have a home and I will not be upgrading in the near future here’s the things I would like to have with this one in time…
Linen Closet
Home Office
Super organized pantry/cold cellar (we have the cold cellar but it’s being used for storage right now….boo)
